Camille Blanchard is the Founder & Executive Lead of Open Heaven Recordings, where business savvy meets creative spirit. With a background in creative strategy, marketing, worship leadership, and songwriting, Camille blends strategy, soul, and vision to help artists create purpose-driven music with lasting impact.

Camille is a song writer who has also served as a worship pastor - collaborating closely with worship leaders, band directors, and creative teams to cultivate powerful worship experiences. This ministry background deeply informs her approach to artist development, blending spiritual depth with musical excellence.

Ange Nzassi - Arrangement & Music Production

Ange Nzassi aka Church Boy is a Gabon-born, Virginia-based producer, multi-instrumentalist, artist, and musical visionary. Fluent in both French and English, he blends African rhythms with modern sounds to craft music that’s both soulful and global.

As an experienced touring musician, worship leader, songwriter, and vocal arranger, Ange brings heart, skill, and cultural depth to every project he touches. As a member of the production team at Open Heaven Recordings, he helps shape the sound of the next generation.

James Bradshaw - Creative Production, Keys, Vocals, Guitar

James Bradshaw is a Philly native and Richmond-based worship leader, singer-songwriter, and creative powerhouse. With over 15 years of worship leadership and experience in professional bands, James brings a unique blend of musical depth and visionary creativity.

A multi-instrumentalist, visual storyteller, and out-of-the-box thinker, he helps artists develop both their sound and their message. As a member of the Open Heaven Recordings team, James shapes music and media that inspire, connect, and move people.

Deuce Holmes - Engineer & Producer

Deuce Holmes is an experienced producer and audio engineer with a proven track record of excellence. Having built professional studios from the ground up, he combines technical expertise with a musician’s intuition.

As a skilled drummer, Deuce brings an innate sense of rhythm, timing, and alignment to every project. His meticulous attention to detail ensures every edit, mix, and master is polished to industry standards while preserving the authentic sound and feel of each artist’s work.

Ricky Cokes - Drums, Sax, Vocals

Ricky Cokes is a gifted multi-instrumentalist with a deep passion for music and ministry. A scholarship recipient for music performance with a specialization in percussion, he honed his craft at the collegiate level before stepping into the lead drummer position at his local church and a leader in a local professional band.

Whether behind the drum kit, on saxophone, or delivering soulful vocals, Rick has a natural, effortless flow in his playing – the kind of rhythm and musical intuition you either have or you don’t. And Ricky undeniably has it. His heart for excellence and worship shines through every note he plays.
